Over 50 years ago, I arrived in Kolkata with nothing but a dream and an unwavering will to build something meaningful. With no money in my pocket during the 1970s, I tried my hand at many trades—each experience shaping my understanding of people, perseverance, and purpose.
In the 1980s, I laid the foundation of Mayfair Group through the hospitality industry. But deep down, I carried a simple, personal dream — to own a home of my own. I knew this dream was shared by millions of middle-class Indians like me.
Today, Mayfair Smart City stands as the culmination of this journey — a modern, sustainable township spread across 18.49 acres. It is a reflection of everything we’ve learned and everything we stand for.
