Foundation Work Complete for Phase I
The foundation work for all 12 buildings in Phase I has been successfully completed ahead of schedule. Piling and excavation work finished with rigorous quality testing.
Superstructure Rising - First Floor Casting
First floor slab casting for Building A & B is underway. Steel reinforcement and shuttering work progressing simultaneously for adjacent blocks.
Clubhouse Structural Framework Completed
The magnificent Greek-themed clubhouse now has its complete structural framework. Next phase includes facade work and interior planning.
Swimming Pool Excavation Begins
Excavation for the Olympic-size swimming pool has commenced. The pool will feature a stunning deck and poolside sun beds as per the Greek theme.
Landscaping Work Initiated
First phase of landscaping has begun with plantation of over 200 trees. The central green belt is taking shape with walking trails.
Electrical & Plumbing Rough-ins Progress
Internal electrical conduit and plumbing rough-in work is 50% complete. Smart home pre-wiring being installed as per specifications.
